If you need a cute favor for a Thanksgiving party, this is both attractive and useful. We use a baby food jar and decorate it to look like a little turkey. Then we filled it with candy corn. A slightly different look would be achieved by using nuts, mints or M & M’s. A small pennant on the end of a toothpick could announce a name or say “Happy Thanksgiving,” or “Give Thanks.” The patterns and directions for the “Turkey Treat Jar” are in the Thanksgiving Projects Gallery in the sidebar.
